  • Delivery fees: Free
  • Delivery time: 7 to 15 days (business days). 
    Including 1 to 2 business days for order processing and 6 to 13 business days for transit time.
  • Delivery countries: France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland.

    The cutoff time to place an order is 7:00 PM (GMT+1)

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving our shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@valavibe.com by providing us with your name and order number. We will review the situation for you.

Refund, return, and exchange policy

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery, provided the item has not been used and is in its original condition. We will refund the full amount of your order, minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@valavibe.com by providing us with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually but strive to find a satisfactory solution. Please see our return and refund policy for more information.

Taxes, VAT, and customs duties

Prices for products imported from outside the European Union shown on our site are excluding taxes, VAT, and customs duties. Additional costs related to import VAT, taxes, and shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. It is the customer's duty to pay and declare these taxes and customs duties.

Delay or other delivery issues:

In case of delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible! Once informed, our support team will work quickly to resolve the problem. It is important to report any missing items within 7 days of the delivery date.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days, we will fully refund you. (Valavibe 30-day protection).
