Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns at Valavibe. We recognize that various situations may require returns, refunds, or replacements. To simplify this process, we invite you to consult our full policy presented below.

You can return your purchases made at Valavibe within 14 days following receipt. A full refund to your original payment method will be issued following an approved return. We offer you 3 options:

  1. Exchange your product to get an alternative size or color.
  2. Return the product for a refund if you are not satisfied.
  3. Obtain a replacement for an incorrect or defective product.

Return shipping fees:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for incorrect or defective products.

Return address: 

The return address is outside of France; you will find the full address in the Return Form, 

Restocking fees:

There are no fees for restocking.

1. Exchange your product to get an alternative size or color:

Our exchange options are limited exclusively to size or color variations for the same product. Please note that an exchange for a completely different product is not possible. To acquire a different product, we recommend first returning the original product for a refund, then placing a new order for the desired product.

The duration of an exchange ranges from 10 to 15 business days. Your patience is appreciated, and a real-time tracking system will keep you informed.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Procedure to follow:

  • First contact our customer service by submitting the Return and Exchange Form completed.
  • Send your package to the address we will provide.
  • Upon receiving your shipment (which must keep its original packaging and be unused), we will provide you with a discount code to order your new product in the desired color and/or size.

2. Return the product for a refund if you are not satisfied:

A full refund to your original payment method will be issued following an approved return.

Please note that discount codes or gift vouchers used are neither refundable nor reissued.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned product.

3. Obtain a replacement for an incorrect or defective product:

We understand how frustrating this situation can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our commitment is to resolve your issue quickly and ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct this situation by following these steps.

There are no fees to pay for the return.

Procedure to follow:

To help us resolve the issue, please send an email to contact@valavibe.com including the following items:

  • Complete and submit the Return and Exchange Form to our customer service.
  • A precise description of the observed problem (such as a non-compliant or damaged product).
  • Attach a photo or video illustrating the issue.
  • After processing your request, we will send you a return label to download and print.

Assistance for Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  • First, check your bank account balance.
  • Then, contact your bank.
  • Usually, the refunded amount appears within 3 to 5 business days.

Order Cancellation:

You have a 30-minute window to cancel or modify your order. After this period, the order enters processing, making any changes or cancellations impossible.

Product Not Received or Missing:

Contact us immediately! As soon as we are informed, our support team will actively work to resolve the issue quickly. It is essential to notify us about missing products within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will issue a full refund if your order does not reach you within 30 days. (Valavibe 30-day Protection).
