What is your refund policy?
We accept returns of products purchased from Valavibe within 14 days of receiving your order.
In case of a successful return, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method. We also offer 3 additional options:
- Exchange your item for a different size or color.
- Return the item for a refund if you are not satisfied.
- Replace an incorrect or defective item.
How long does it take to process my order?
We commit to processing orders within 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of your order confirmation email. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends and public holidays.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Delivery time: 7 to 15 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Including 1 to 2 business days for order processing and 6 to 13 business days for transit time.

We deliver to France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Switzerland.
